PLANNING AND STUDIES

Winningham & Fradley, Inc. provides the civil planning for development and re-development of communities and projects of all size in South Florida. Our service begins during the property acquisition phase, where we provide feasibility and cost studies for potential developments.  During the planning phase, our company provides assistance with applications for Developments of Regional Impact (DRI), assistance with Land Use Plan Amendments and re-zoning applications.  During the preliminary design phase, we provide the master planning for the utilities, roadways, drainage, and flood control. Our Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professionals (LEED AP) are available to offer technical assistance for projects that are to be certified by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).  When the project is ready for approval from the regulatory agencies, our company provides specific site planning, and will prepare CADD site renderings for presentation to the governing boards.  Finally, if needed for other projects and situations, the professionals at Winningham & Fradley, Inc. can provide forensic engineering and expert testimony.
