MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING

Winningham & Fradley, Inc. provides civil engineering services for several governmental entities in South Florida.  In addition to planning and design, our services include regulatory review for issuance of building and development permits; regulatory code writing; neighborhood infrastructure rehabilitation for water, sewer, drainage, and roadways; water and wastewater treatment plant upgrades; code compliance services; and preparation of municipal maps.
