LAND SURVEYING

In 2003, Winningham & Fradley, Inc. acquired the staff, operation, and records of a surveying company that had been in existence since the 1950's. Our two companies had worked together, but separately, for the previous 23 years.  The surveying services our company provides include the preparation and processing of plats; site geometry calculations and layout; preparation of legal descriptions; boundary surveys, retracement surveys, topographic surveys, tree surveys, hydrologic surveys, mean high water surveys, ALTA surveys, and asbuilt survey; construction layout; GPS data collection and layout; and investigations and expert testimony as forensic surveyors.
